Okay, I know I'm getting a little silly with my Post Headings…but these are the prettiest Delicate Doilies I've seen in a very long time! This card is soon to be linked to the Pals Paper Arts Challenge, and have to admit, I had something else planned which was a little more colorful….but my "Delicate Doilies" die came today and I had to try it out.
I am calling this my "Retirement Card" also…the Designer Series Paper is a retired pattern from Stampin' Up!, (which I thought was perfect for the doilies) and the "always" stamp is also retired. I went to the archives for this one, but had some fun going back in time and really enjoyed "playing" with my new Doilies.
I used Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla card stock and a Neutrals Designer Button with some Linen Thread.
Very monochromatic, but meant to be…the Doilies are a hit that way!
Hope you enjoy and remember…
Express your Creativity,
Debbie
Crumb Cake and the Delicate Doilies make a great combo here! I love that button center and the sentiment tucked in at the flag points! Very pretty!
Debbie, it’s a beautiful card, the doilies are so perfect as are the colors.
