Hello there!

I checked in over at The Paper Players and they have a new Theme Challenge celebrating Earth Month. 

What's more earthy than some neutral colors and natural Linen Thread? My hand cropped tags are from some scraps of Sahara Sand Designer Series Paper that were sitting on my craft table from a card I created a few posts ago, and my sentiment banner is from a scrap of coordinating Sahara Sand cardstock. This neutral looks so clean against the Whisper White layer and card base. There's some nice "quiet space" in this card.

For just a little pop of color, or my "pint", I added an Island Indigo Designer Brad and a little circle coloring with Island Indigo ink and my Blender Pen.  (Remember my Gallon/Quart/Pint Design Tip #1). This card would be nice without the Island Indigo…solid, reliable and quiet…but it shines with that little "pint" of color.

Oh, and just an aside…there are three tags and three linen thread bows! (The "Rule of Thirds" comes alive!). We card designers love that number "3", don't we?
