Another happy day of stamping for me! I decided to try the new Expressions Thinlits Dies. They are beautiful, but I do have a "stampin' story" to tell.

This card came together pretty quickly…I knew I wanted to use Sweater Weather Designer Series Paper to create a Fall themed card. Once I decided that Very Vanilla would be my card base, I quickly knew Very Vanilla would be my sentiment color…I would fill in the rest later. I just had to get to the Thinlits…so, I ran the Thankful Thinlit through my big shot and couldn't get the cropped sentiment out of the Thinlit.

It was permanently embedded, there was no way it was coming out, not even with my Paper Piercing Mat and Tool…no way that beautiful sentiment was moving!

So, I left it there and tried again…my "Thankful" sentiment popped right out of the Thinlit Die with very little effort on my part.

So, here's my "Thinlit Tip"…if your sentiment gets stuck, leave it there and try again. The second time is a charm!

I think I'm going to enjoy creating with these Thinlits, they are easy to use and very pretty!
