Happy Wednesday to you, and thanks for checking in.
Fall happens to be my favorite season…it brings crisp, fresh mornings and cool, clear evenings. Wonderful "Sweater Weather". Here in the Northeast, we're in the final stretch of Summer. I spent some time at the beach this past weekend and the weather was absolutely perfect. There was a cool, refreshing breeze and the sun was glistening on the ocean water…so pretty and very relaxing, but I'm looking forward to the Fall season.
Over the past month or so, much of my stamping and blogging time has been spent with my daughter as we planned the last details of her wedding. The wedding was absolutely beautiful as was she. My home is morphing into a more "normal" routine now, and I'm getting ready to celebrate Fall and all its glorious colors.
I do want to thank those of you who continue to check in on my blog posts and so very much appreciate your kind comments.
There's one very special person I want to thank today and that's Mary Fish. Mary is my upline at Stampin' Up!. She is dedicated to all her Pals, is a very talented card designer, but most importantly, she is kind and considerate.
Without giving you all the crazy details, today is the Stampin' Pretty Pals Holiday Catalog Preview Blog Hop. Since I re-joined Stampin' Up! over a year ago, I've not missed one Hop…they're so much fun and I love the excitement that builds during "Hop" day. I missed the deadline for confirmation, and was so disappointed. I checked in on all my Pal friends' blogs, and their projects were beautiful and festive. The Pals are a very talented group!
Aware of my disappointment, Mary offered to post one of my designs on her Facebook page as a "pick". Honestly, her offer and suggestion made my day. She is a true "leader" and I'm very happy to be part of her Stampin' Pretty Pals, so Mary, this card's for you! Gee, thanks!

I feel the same about Mary. The stars aligned for me the day I joined under her. She’s one of many of the best things that have happened to me.
