Thank you for joining us for the November Pals Blog Hop. We are grateful you are visiting today and hope you enjoy our "thank you" inspired projects.
You should have just left stop number 26 on the Pals Hop – Beth Beard at My Little Craft Blog. If so, you are in the right spot. If you get off track, the full blog lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing creations.
When in doubt, add yellow! If you ever took a look at my craft table at the completion of this card, you would think I was a crazy stampin' lady! Well, sometimes I am a crazy stampin' lady; we'll possibly get to that in a future post…maybe!
Color is a wonderful thing and I must have had five to eight color combinations for this card before I settled on Soft Sky and So Saffron…my neutral is Very Vanilla with just a touch of Crumb Cake. I had Soft Sky paired with a few other colors, and then remembered my recent "Design Tip" post on "Color"… "when in doubt, add yellow". It really works! I finally finished the card… I'm happy with it… my fingers are inky and my table's a mess… and, that's what design is all about!
This month's theme is all about gratitude and this is the season of thanks. I thought I would use this forum to express the gratitude I have for all the "wonderful" that touches my life and for all the special people who are part of my days. There's nothing more empowering than the true feeling of gratitude, and for everything I have, I am grateful.
Our Stampin' Pretty Pals Blog Hops are always special to me. The Pals are such a uniquely talented group of artists that I so look forward to seeing their beautiful work featured in one spot… the Hops.
So, I hope you enjoy my little "thank you" card and I most graciously appreciate you stopping by.
The next stop is Dawn Tidd at Tidbits From Dawn, stop number 28 on the Pals Blog Hop. Thanks for visiting!

What a pretty card! I love the yellow….it added that pop!
Thus card is very pretty, Debbie! I liked your “yellow” tip too. I dont know if this makes sense or not, but this card has a warm comfort feeling-like a “homey” feeling. Very nice!

Beautiful Deb. Love the colors and style.
Deb I always love your cards, and this one is no exception! The colors are great and so refreshing. Love the way you did the ribbon!
That was from me, Peggy 🙂
Peggy,

lol, I laughed at your post Debbie! It’s amazing how many tools we can pull out to make one little card! Great job with this one…the yellow really does set it off. Beautiful as usual!
