I've been wanting to fussy cut those Mary Janes since I first saw this stamp set. "Baby We've Grown" is just adorable. I couldn't help but add pearls and ruffles; they all seem to work perfectly for this very girly card.
Crisp Cantaloupe is a fun color to work with and it easily mates with Baked Brown Sugar. Both are warm and have a similar rich hue.
The ruffled ribbon is retired, but I had to use it here. This card is on its way to a friend's daughter to celebrate her new baby girl. I added some Crisp Cantaloupe Thick Bakers Twine wrapped with Linen Thread. To me, Linen Thread is a definite staple at my stampin' table… right up there with Stampin' Dimensionals.
All of the images are from the "Baby We've Grown" stamp set and the sweet little heart is a favorite of mine from the Owl Builder Punch. My card base is Whisper White with a layer of Baked Brown Sugar card stock. The pretty Crisp Cantalouupe polka dot patterned paper is from the 2013-2015 In Colors DSP Stack.
So, grab your favorite stamp set, and some pretty ribbons and create something beautiful!
Super-cute and oh-so-sweet! Love your style, Debbie.
