Today, I was having a little fun CASEing (most of you know that's a paper crafting acronym for "Copy and Share Everything"). In the past several issues of Stampin' Up!'s Stampin' Success magazine (for Demonstrators only), there has always been an article on CASEing… so I thought it would be fun to CASE myself… and I can take all the credit since this is my very own card design.
There are two types of cards I absolutely love to create: Clean and Simple (CAS – another paper crafting acronym)… that means lots of white or blank space; and Collage Cards… several elements in one focal point. I love to combine the two.
Once I completed my clean and simple collage card above, I decided to CASE it.
The card above is the same design, different patterned paper and different embellishments. Same design, but two very different cards reflecting two very different moods. It's all in the color and embellishments, nothing more.
So, for more of my story… Today is a first for me and my blog. I took a little side step from my usual Stampin' Up! only products. The second card features some patterned paper from my secret paper stash… This paper is from Authentique Nostalgic Essentials and the designs are called Harmony, Abundance, Creation and Beauty… really great words!
So grab some patterned paper, go into your secret stash and CASE something magical.

Debbie – you are the master of collage. I don’t know how you do it, but both of these are gorgeous. Love how important the patterned paper is to creating a different mood on each. Nice work (as always).
