As you can see, I’ve been having some fun with the Color & Contour Bundle. My last post featured this Bundle with Bumblebee striped patterned paper. I really liked the way that card turned out, so I decided to re-create it. For today’s card, I used the Misty Moonlight striped pattern from the Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper. This 6″ x 6″ DSP paper pack will be retiring with the January – June Mini Catalog.
The bold hand drawn, stamped flower images from the Color & Contour stamp set were so much fun to stamp. I used Polished Pink, Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya ink for the flowers and attached them to one of the scalloped frame dies.
The scalloped frame gave me a quick and easy layer for the flowers and sentiment. The lines in the flowers remind me of the striped lines. I thought this was a fun match.
So, stamp some large flowers in beautiful colors, add them to a scalloped frame and pretty striped patterned paper and create something fun!
…the only limitation is your imagination!
