Yesterday’s post featured my first look at the new Sun Prints Suite. It’s a simple card with one large focal point.

I stepped it up today. A card from the Catalog inspired this card. I saw that pop of yellow and loved the color combination. I’ve always been a fan of the blues and yellows together. Gray Granite is a great neutral for the design. All the elements in this card are from the Sun Prints Suite Collection.

The Card Parts & Pieces

• This is a standard A-2, Basic White card base cut 11″ x 4 1/2″, scored at 5 1/2″.
• I cut the Gray Granite Designer Series Paper 5 1/3″ x 4 1/4″. It covers the front of the card base.
• The Basic White layer is 3 1/8″ x 4 1/4″.
• The Starry Sky and white patterned paper layer is a 3″ square.
• The Night of Navy and white patterned paper layer is 1 1/2″ x 3″.
• Attach the striped layer to the Basic White layer and adhere the Night of Navy piece to that, making sure both layers are evenly centered on the Basic White cardstock layer.
• I attached the stamped die cut cluster with Mini Glue Dots.
• I stamped the sentiment on a die cut circle. Isn’t that font fabulous?

The Sun Prints Suite Collection is classic and full of possibilities.

So, cut your card base, add beautiful patterned paper layers, a “natural” cluster of elements and create something to say “hello”!
