Happy Friday!

This Designer Series Paper pattern is one in the Tea Boutique DSP pack, a favorite of mine. I love the little envelopes among the floating flowers. The flowers in the envelopes remind me of “happy mail”. Flowers make me, and most of us happy. I thought this would be a fun pattern for a “thank you” card.

Today’s Card Pieces And Parts

  • This layered design is made up of simple alternating layers of Basic White and Sweet Sorbet card stock adhered to a Sweet Sorbet card base.
  • The card base is an A-2 cut 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″.
  • The Basic White layer is 4″ x 5 1/4″.
  • The top Sweet Sorbet layer is 3 3/4″ x 5″.
  • The patterned paper layer is 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″.
  • I wrapped some of the new 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon in Orchid Oasis around the Sweet Sorbet and patterned paper layers. Then, I attached the layer to the Basic White layer and card base.  This ribbon is part of the new 2022 – 2024 In Color ribbon collection. It’s very shiny and soft. Here, I used it in place of baker’s twine.
  • The sentiment, from the Cup of Tea stamp set, is stamped with Sweet Sorbet ink.
  • The jagged edge Basic White circle is a die from the All That Dies, and the Sweet Sorbet circle is die cut with the Circles Collection Dies.
  • The little flower stamp is from the Tea Cup stamp set and die cut with the matching Teacup Dies.
  • Stampin’ Dimensionals are used to attach the sentiment circle to the card.

So, pull out your Tea Boutique Suite, add a sparkly ribbon and a circle or two and create something thankful!

… the only limitation is your imagination!
