I had fun putting this little mailbox together. The Sending Love Bundle is available now. It’s in the Mini Catalog on page 11. It’s also on the Last Chance List, and it’s in the upcoming 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. What this means is if you want to add this Bundle to your inventory, you have until April 30th to get it at the Bundle pricing (a savings of 10%) with one order number. Once the Mini Catalog sales period ends, you’ll still be able to purchase The Sending Love Stamp Set and the Sending Love Dies, but they’ll be sold separately with two different order numbers. The Bundle pricing will go away.

I think this is one of those “cute” Bundles that you can use throughout the year. Although the Bundle shouts “Spring”, you can decorate the mailbox in red, white and blue to celebrate a Summer barbecue. How about adding a few die cut pumpkins at the base to celebrate Halloween and the Fall Season. And you can dress the mailbox with pine boughs for the Holiday and Winter Season.

The die cut mailbox would also make a great gift tag focal point. Sending Love!

So, let’s make a card!

  • I cut a Crumb Cake cardstock card base 4 1/4″ x 11″, and scored it on the long side at 5 1/2″.
  • The patterned paper top layer is 4″ x 5 1/4″.
  • As you can see from the image above, all of the elements are die cuts from the Sending Love Dies.
  • To assemble the mailbox, I adhered the base to the card front first.
  • Once I assembled the mailbox (folded the top over and attached the top to the bottom with a strip of Tear & Tape. (The die gives you a tabbed score line), I adhered it to the top of the Pecan Pie cardstock base.
  • I inserted the two little envelopes into the mailbox, attached the “flagged arm”, and decorated the mailbox with die cut hearts.
  • The little mailbox post top is die cut from the large die. I cut only the top and attached it to the top of the mailbox even with the post base.
  • The sentiment circle is also a die cut from the Dies.

I enjoyed mixing the colors, and I know you will, too! Once you have your pieces die cut, this is quick, easy and fun.

So, construct your mailbox, add a few decorative hearts, a stamped sentiment and send lots of love to someone special.
