Hello Stampers!  Today post is a sweet Sunday treat.  When I first saw the Warm & Toasty stamp set, I thought it would be a fun tag making opportunity.  I’ve done everything else with this set but make tags so here are my Warm & Toasty tags.  Slipped into a cellophane bag or a little box, they would be a perfect gift.

The images are just the right size for a 2″ X 4 1/2″ tag.  The 2″ card stock width slides perfectly into the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. You can punch a bunch in a few minutes then use the Stamparatus to set your image and sentiment stamp and stamp a bunch in less time than that.  The sentiment and images are all stamped with Soft Suede ink.  The little bear cub and the skating bear are colored with a Real Red Marker.

I was a little fancy with the reindeer and singing rabbits but you don’t have to be.  I stamped the reindeer bow and the sleigh onto scraps of Warm Hugs Designer Series Paper, fussy cut them and glued them onto their matching counterparts that were stamped on the tag.

To add a little more color, I used the little snowflake image from the stamp set.  I stamped them with Pear Pizzazz ink.  I’ve never seen green snowflakes, but they’re allowed here. I always like to add just a little sparkle to my projects so I decided on a few Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels.  If you don’t have these in your embellishment drawer, treat yourself.  They sparkle beautifully and I’ve used them over and over again.  While I’m on the subject, I would also highly recommend the Rhinestone Basic Jewels.  Both are an embellishment staple.

So, cut your card stock, punch the tops, set your Stamparatus, add a little sparkle and create something to say Thank You!

… the only limitation is your imagination!
