Here's my "sweet hearts" card for this week's Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge #276. I always enjoy making cards for different challenges, and this was a very simple and versatile sketch.
Today, I got a little creative with my colors…Baja Breeze, Whisper White, Soft Suede, and Cherry Cobbler. (Wow! It's usually a stretch for me to use more than two colors!). I'm happy with the way the card came together though, and the color combination is pretty!
My sweet hearts are from the Hearts A Flutter Bundle, which is in the new Spring Catalog. The "bundle" includes both the stamp set and matching framelits, making it super easy to get that perfect crop.
I just couldn't stay away from that Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding ribbon; thought I had my fill, having used it on almost all of my holiday projects, but had to do it one more time. Honestly, this ribbon is so soft, easy to work with, and it just lays beautifully on the card.
