Today, I set out to do a "Catalog" CASE. For those who don't know what that is, it's a Copy and Share Everything from the Stampin' Up! Catalogs.

This card inspiration came from page 43…so if you check the current Catalog, you'll see that I copied the basic card idea, but since I didn't have that stamp (which, by the way is adorable), I had to take a slightly different direction.

• The colors prompted me to think "Halloween" and my "Happy Halloween" sentiment stamp from the Seasonal Sayings stamp set had just the right dimensions to re-create the sentiment banner.
• As for the embossed circle, I thought the Chevron Embossing Folder would work well;
• A little scrap of black from Modern Medley Designer Series Paper and some Washi Tape from Epic Day This and That worked for me…just enough. I wanted my sentiment to pop, not the flagged banners.
• I love to embellish with the Candy Dots…they really are cute…so I added a Basic Black "Dot" to the sentiment banner. My sentiment banner got some embellishment and I kept the design Clean and Simple…also "Quick & Easy"!

It's been a while since I used my Pumpkin Pie card stock. Wow, what a deep, rich Fall color it is! Combined with Basic Black and a dab of Daffodil Delight, it's stunning!
