It's Thursday and another Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge. What a stunning combination… Early Espresso, Crisp Cantaloupe and Summer Starfruit. Could be a pretty and soft pallette for Fall and just about anything else.
So, today I decided to go with a very simple, quick and easy design.
- There's a mix of both straight and rounded lines both in the watercolored stamped image from Simply Sketched and in the card silhouette;
- My sentiment font and banner repeat the rounded and straight lined theme;
- And, the color pallette does the rest.
- There's no real embellishment needed, but I added a Summer Starfruit Dahlia along with an Early Espresso banner border (scored, folded and turned on its side) which I created from my Hearts A Flutter Framelits set.
- That final touch to my sentiment banner gives my card all the design interest it needs.
- And, the color pallette does the rest.
Thanks for stopping by today. Now, pull out your stamps and ink, create something wonderful and link up with us Pals. We'd love to have you join us for this very pretty Color Challenge.
This is gorgeous, Debbie! I like that the Crisp Cantaloupe and Summer Starfruit never touch one another in your card. I think that’s the way it was meant to be. 🙂
Very pretty card. I like the colors separated by the Early Espresso. Thank you for sharing.
