Happy Friday! It’s March and Spring will be here soon!
Today, I decided to showcase beautiful patterned paper featuring some beautiful Spring flowers. This card is created with the Tea For Two Designer Series Paper. It’s just plain pretty!
A while back, I wrote about patterned paper, and quoted one of our Pals, Ann Schach. Ann said “…let the paper work for you”. In this card, the paper does it all!
For as much detail as this card has, it’s “Quick & Easy”!
- I started with a Very Vanilla card base;
- Added a mat using Tea For Two DSP;
- Hand cropped a banner also using Tea For Two; the banner measures 1 5/8″ X 5 1/8″.
- Punched out a 1 3/4″ circle using Tea For Two;
- And Finally, I ran my Delicate Doilies die through my Big Shot with the So Saffron polka dot paper from the Soft Subtles Designer Series Paper Stack.
- The sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso ink and is from the Friendly Phrases stamp set.
No embellishments today, the paper does it all!

Debbie, this card is just delightful! You certainly DID let the DSP do the work for you, so simple but yet just so pretty!
