It's that time again, the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge and all I can say is Wow!
If these colors don't put you in the mood for the glorious Fall Season, nothing will …Always Artichoke, Cajun Craze and So Saffron.
So, here's another Stampin' Story…
Since I'm a member of the Pals Design Team, my card needs to be ready a few days before the Challenge goes live. With all the "Atlanta" excitement, and the Pals Blog Hop in its wake, I was a little later than usual completing my card.
I thought I knew what I was going to do and when I started, it just wasn't working. My original card was a completely different stamp set and totally different idea, so there I sat looking at my three pieces of gorgeous card stock. "These colors just scream "Fall", so I had to keep that theme.
So, after a little cropping, a little fussy cutting, a little stamping, and a whole lot of blender pen and ink coloring…there it was.
Beautiful coloring. Need my address?
Gorgeous! Beautiful coloring – and “Give Thanks” looks like it’s etched into the corner of the card with a wood burning tool. Do you see that texture in the “live” card, too? Really cool. Love it, Deb!
Yup, absolutely beautiful and totally worth the effort. The coloring is awesome and I love the two leaves together. Just stunning!!! Thanks for sharing your work of art with us.
Hey! I want to win!! 😉 What stamp set did you use for the leaves? It’s not fall foliage is it? Also, did you fussy cut those? I like the blending too. I still need more practice at that. 🙂 Love your card!! Now c’mon Denis! Pick my number! Lol!
Beautiful coloring, Deb. This is an absolutely gorgeous card!
Thank you, my friend! I never saw that, but looked when I got up here and you’re right…the image is so fine, it looks etched. Leave it to you to see that! Talk with you soon.
Thanks much, Diane. The colors this week are gorgeous!
Deb,

Outstanding Debbie!!! Love the water coloring!!!
