I hope you all can find some time to spend in your craft space this weekend. Today’s card is a quick and easy design that I put together using the Inked & Tiled Bundle, along with the Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper.
The Bundle is leaving us (It’s a stamp and punch Bundle), along with the Designer Series Paper. These products will be available until April 30th, or while supplies last.
So, let’s make a card!
Parts & Pieces
- I cut a Very Vanilla cardstock card base 4 1/4″ x 11″, and scored at 5 1/2″.
- I cut a patterned paper layer to cover the card front. It measures 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″.
- The Poppy Parade patterned paper layer is 1 3/4″ x 4 1/4″.
- The top Very Vanilla cardstock layer is 2 1/2″ x 3 3/4″.
- I cut a piece of Lost Lagoon Bordered Ribbon to anchor the sentiment.
- My sentiment is stamped on Very Vanilla cardstock and punched with one of the Inked & Tiled Punches.
- I used Dimensionals to attach the stmped focal point and sentiment layers. A little dimension gives this simple card design a little more interest.
- For the two-toned flower image, I used sponge daubers to ink the top of the flower and stem separately.

The Inked & Tiled Suite (which includes the Lost Lagoon 1/4″ Bordered Ribbon), is one of my favorites from the current Annual Catalog. The stamped images can wake up any card front. Add a layer or two of patterned paper, a sentiment, an embellishment, and you’ll have a pretty, quick and easy card.
