Happy Saturday! Here's a card you could put together in no time. I saw a similar version on Pinterest and thought to put it together using some of the "Trim the Tree" DSP Stack. This card is clean and soft, but to me, borders on bright. I think it's because of the pops of Cherry Cobbler against the Whisper White base.
I suppose you could call this a "punch art" card too, since I used three popular punches; the Tree Punch, the 1 1/4" Circle Punch, and the star from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack.
I just love the sentiments from "Endless Wishes".
So, here's a quick recipe:
- The patterned frame is 3 1/4" wide by 4 1/4" long;
- I used an Oval Framelit to crop the center, leaving a little more space at the bottom of the frame and attached it to a standard A-2 card base using Stampin' Dimensionals;
- Punch a tree, a 1 1/4" circle, and a star. The circle is glued down and the tree and star are attached with Dimensionals;
- The Whisper White sentiment banner measures 7/8" by 2 1/8" and is glued onto a hand cropped card stock banner measuring 3/4" by 3" which is attached to the bottom portion of the oval frame with dimensionals.
That's it, so grab your punches, crop a center frame, add a banner and create a bunch of quick cards for any occasion.
