Here’s some weekend inspiration for you.
It’s time I cut more of my Forever Love Designer Series Paper pack. The paper is way too pretty to sit in its packaging. The Forever Love Designer Series Paper is a “Specialty” pack. There’s delicate gold foiling on each sheet. You can easily die cut some of the floral images with the coordinating dies, or fussy cut your favorites. This patterned paper pack is part of the Forever Love Product Suite. It’s on pages 14 and 15 in the Mini Catalog.
I decided to pair the Forever Love Sprcialty Paper with the Notes of Nature Bundle. The leaf pattern in the Designer Series Paper are a very close match to the leaf die cuts in the Notes Of Nature Dies. I was excited to try them together.
So, let’s make a card.
Parts & Pieces
- I prepared a quick PDF Tutorial you can download by clicking the blue button below.
- The Very Vanilla cardstock card base is 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″.
- I cut the Pretty Peacock vertical patterned paper strip 1 3/4″ x 5 3/4″.
- The large leaf layer is a 3 3/4″ square.
- I cut the horizontal striped strip is 1 3/4″ x 4 1/4″.
- The focal point top Very Vanilla layer is a 2 1/2″ square.
- I die cut the elements using dies in the Notes Of Nature Dies.
- I fussy cut the sentiment from the Notes Of Nature Stamp Set.
Thgis is another card design that is easy to put together once you make your layer cuts. You can use any supplies you already have.
So, as I always say, “make your cuts”, die cut a few pretty elements, add a sweet sentiment, and create a little note to say hello.
… the only limitation is your imagination!
