Hello and happy Saturday! I hope you can spend some time in your craft space over the weekend. Today’s card is a fun Simple Saturday project.
If you’re feeling the urge to cut some of your Designer Series Paper, this card is for you. I prepared a PDF Project Tutorial you can download below. Have fun with mixing your patterned paper. I’m showcasing patterns from the Tea Boutique paper pack. There are two unique designs. I couldn’t decide which I liked better, so I’m sharing both. I would love to hear which one speaks to you!
This design is called a “hinge” Fun Fold. There’s a “hinge mechanism” on the left of the card front that connects the front panel to the card base. I have all the measurements and steps to complete this card in the PDF Tutorial and added a few pictures. Have fun with it and make two or three.
So, pick out some fun Designer Series Paper, cut a few layers, add a sentiment and a flower or two, and create something simple and pretty!
