Today, I have some weekend inspiration for you. All you need is some pretty patterned paper, coordinating cardstock, a paper trimmer, and a happy sentiment. This is an easy fun fold to put together. I recommend you cut your cardstock and patterned paper layers first, then put it all together. I think you’ll want to make more than one!
This Flip Flop Fun Fold is also a gift card holder. I used the Dainty Flowers Sale-A-Bration Designer Series Paper, Fresh Freesia cardstock, and Rich Razzleberry ink for the sentiment. The color combination is not only pretty, it’s so soft and soothing. Don’t you agree?
The gift card holder is die cut from the Mini Pocket Envelope Dies. They’re in the Annual Catalog on page 172, and well worth your investment.
I used the sentiment and flower images from the Happiness Abounds stamp set. This flower is a favorite of mine.
I posted this fun fold about a year or two ago, and thought the template would be a perfect fit for this patterned paper. You can click on the button below to download the PDF tutorial for this card. You can also watch the video below which includes all of the layer cutting dimensions and tips to make this card easy to assemble.
If you don’t see the video appear in my subscriber email, please click the video link here.
So, find your favorite patterned paper, coordinate it with some cardstock, cut a few layers and create a fun “fun fold”.
… the only limitation is your imagination!

Maureen, thank you so very much for taking the time to comment. I couldn’t resist putting those two patterns together and this Fun Fold seemed the most logical to me. My best to you!
